Coolant solutions, cracking, ozone, cold leaks, peeling, and ageing do not affect these hoses. Blue silicone hose is commonly used to represent standard silicone hose and can be used to visually designate the cool side of a system. Silicone is resistant to hardening, cracking, ozone attack, sunlight, moisture, steam, dust, ageing, a wide range of pressures, and a wide range of chemicals. Silicone Hose Inclusion
Include your silicone hose return address, a phone number, and the colour hoses you want. Our silicone coolant hose is made of a three-ply polyester reinforced silicone. The material was designed to provide excellent sealing and thermal insulation.
Provide a numbered list of the hoses included in each kit, along with information about what each hose carries and where it fits in the engine bay. If necessary, divide the hoses into kits, such as radiator hose kits, ancillary coolant hose kits, breather hose kits, and so on, and label each kit. Before this stage, we will discuss how the hoses will be split with you.

Hoses Design
The Greek corrugated construction of the X-treme Plus SF allows this hose to be flexible enough to replace pre-formed elbows. This product is designed to connect the radiator and engine on heavy-duty equipment such as buses and truck silicone hose. Please contact us with your vehicle’s make, model, year, engine details, and which hose on the vehicle you want us to replicate in silicone. Complete coolant kits, radiator hoses only, vacuum/breather/brake servo hoses, intake hoses, turbo/intercooler hose kits, and so on are all available. We are currently unable to manufacture hoses for continuous fuel/oil use.
We can also fabricate pipes based on your drawings, design, and finish. This hose is designed to last and perform in custom coolant plumbing applications. This hose is made of silicone rubber with 3-ply textile reinforcement (4-ply on 51mm and larger sizes) and can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to +180°C.
Silicone is also chemically resistant, allowing it to be used in extremely demanding applications. Silicone has a wide temperature range and, more importantly, can keep its useful properties throughout this range. In addition to superior durability, our silicone coolant hose has excellent resistance properties.
